"Navy mascara is very difficult to find at a reasonable price so I am delighted to have found this product. It's a true dark blue (unlike some brands that offer "navy blue" that's actually a bright or cobalt blue), not too thick or thin and with a brush that applies the mascara well. It's long wearing and comes off easily with makeup remover and/or facial cleanser. I'm stocking up on it!"
