OUR CANADIAN COMMITMENT

When was Marcelle founded? +

Marcelle was founded in 1874 by Charles W. Beggs and introduced to Canada in 1949 by pharmacist Victor Cape. Today, we proudly celebrate over 150 years of innovation as a Canadian family-owned business. At Marcelle, being Canadian is more than just an origin—it's a way of life. For over a century and a half, we have been creating products that reflect the values that define us, inspired by those who bring them to life.

Are Marcelle skin care products made in Canada? +

Yes, 89% of our skincare products are proudly made in Canada. Offering hypoallergenic, fragrance-free products formulated with only high-quality ingredients, Marcelle is the most trusted ally in the country for taking care of your skin.

Is Marcelle reinvesting in the Canadian economy? +

Absolutely. Supporting the local economy is one of our core values. For every dollar spent by Marcelle Group, 86 cents are reinvested right here in Canada. Our manufacturing, marketing, and innovation teams are all proudly based here, working together to create high-quality products while promoting job creation and economic growth at the local level. When you choose Marcelle, you choose to support local talent and communities.
