Works well but I'm confused about something
"I love the feel of this product on my eye lids and around my eyes. Sometimes my eyes feel dry in the morning and I don't know if it's from these pads or the air and/or allergies. I'm also confused as to whether you have to rinse your eye area off with water afterwards. The website says no rinsing required but on the back of the product it says to rinse with water. It works well though."
